The General Manager Kelvin set the tone for what would be an unforgettable visit. As he guided us through the property, every detail came alive from the main building to the wines on tap to the beehives where they produce their very own honey.

I brought along my friend Natouri, an artist and photographer, and we both found ourselves captivated by the breathtaking views and the care put into every aspect of this space.

We sipped Formosa Gold and Formosa Rosé, each glass reflecting the unique character of Central Florida's terroir. But the highlight? Kelvin shared his very own creation from the seasonal menu, a dish that showcased his creativity and the winery's farm-to-table approach.
